The hotel's decoration was tasteful and elegant, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that I truly appreciated as a senior woman. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible, making it convenient for me to move around and enjoy the different amenities. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also outstanding, with ramps and elevators available for easy navigation.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide a bit more assistance and guidance, especially for those of us who may need a helping hand or some extra support during our stay.

The view from Barreiros House was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Funchal, the hills, and the sea right from our windows. The outdoor kitchen and dining area added a unique touch to our stay. Additionally, having a private garage was very convenient. The two bathrooms were a bonus, and the host was friendly and always available to answer our questions via WhatsApp.

Drawbacks: The only minor inconvenience was that there was no shower gel available as described, only shampoo and hand soap. Also, due to some nearby construction, there was occasional traffic noise during the day.

We got excellent value for our money at Barreiros House! The room was modern, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The balcony with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue was a highlight, and we even had access to a balcony garden with fresh veggies. The location was great, close to the charming town and easy to reach the main road for exploring. The staff, especially Tiago, was incredibly helpful and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Jaw-dropping! This mind-blowing apartment exceeded all my expectations! Super spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The small garden with fresh vegetables was a delightful surprise. The garage had safe parking. Staying connected with the host via WhatsApp was so convenient. The welcome and goodbye gifts added a special touch to my stay. Wi-fi, free parking, electric kettle, and fully-equipped kitchen made my stay even more enjoyable. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the express check-in/-out made things easy. The outdoor dining area and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing. The absence of pets and no smoking policy made it even better. Can't wait to come back!

Had an amazing Easter break at this lovely house! the host was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed before our trip. We were greeted with a wonderful welcome gift and throughout our stay, the host stayed in touch, giving us tips and even discounts for car rentals. the house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a stunning view of the sea and mountains. We also loved the small garden where we could enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables. Location-wise, it was easy to walk to restaurants and there were bus stations nearby. Highly recommended!
